The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any of the above event(s) without an adequate number of entries (minimum eight entries preferred). The organizer shall refund any Entry fees collected for the cancelled event (s) from the registration desk during tournament days.

The committee holds the sole responsibility on the levelling of the players for this tournament. Corresponding levelling shouldn’t be used for any other references.

If a player is found playing in a level below his eligibility, then the player and his team will be disqualified from that event at any stage of the tournament.

Eligibility: This tournament is restricted to UAE Residence Visa holders. Valid Emirates ID or Passport copy with visa page to be presented for entry.

A player must be above 8 years old to participate in this tournament

No Entries Will be accepted on the Event Day.

Entry fees: 60 AED per person for Senior, 50 AED for Junior Events. Payable via the registration desk at the tournament venue.
